The majority of people voted "All of the Above" and so I thought I'd just share everything with all of my lovely readers. After all, you were here first, right?!
You can watch the self-accountability video on YouTube. This is a lesson from my original coaching program Next Level You. The content is good, but my production values have improved a lot since I recorded this (HeRO Academy is 10x better), which is why it is going to be deleted soon.

This presentation is an extract from my Leader As Coach workshop. In this I teach groups of leaders and managers simple coaching techniques that they can use to improve their communication with their teams.
